Educational Organisations
Over the past 18 months we have been MAKING IT HAPPEN for adults with learning difficulties; bringing our portable studio into a music class at Morley College, and filming four dance and drama projects at Lewisham College.
At the end of each project every student involved receives a beautifully produced CD or DVD (we even design the artwork) giving the students a goal to work towards, and developing their confidence and self-esteem through rewarding achievement.
In December we filmed a school nativity play and produced 120 copies for the parents - so you can see that, while we maintain a strong commitment to working with people with disabilities, we are open to working with a diverse range of organisations.
'Baby Dirty South' and 'Jackie Chan in Chinatown' [DVDs]
‘Baby Dirty South’ and 'Jackie Chan in Chinatown' were devised and performed by
students with severe learning difficulties on a pre-vocational course at Lewisham College’s School for Supported
Learning, in the Spring Term of 2007.
Filmed in the style of a fast-paced pop
video there are lots of thrills to be had along the way, but these movies will
also make you think, contrasting the media’s glamorous portrayal of violence (gangsta
rap, mob movies, martial arts films) with the awful reality and consequences of
violent crime.
'Wednesday Morning in the Studio' and 'OH! So Quiet' [DVDs]
These improvised dance pieces were also performed by
students with severe learning difficulties on pre-vocational courses at Lewisham
College’s School for Supported Learning, in the Spring Term of 2007.

Monday Magic [CD]
Monday Magic' is a recording we made with a music class, for adults with
moderate to severe learning difficulties, at Morley College in late 2006 (our
first project).
For the cover we transported the whole class into the jungle
(using Photoshop), as one of the songs they recorded was 'The Lion
Sleeps Tonight'.
The Firs School Christmas Concert [DVD]
This was our first project working with children (our staff do have full criminal record disclosures) and what a pleasure it was! As well as editing the footage from four video cameras and designing the artwork we produced 120 copies for parents and relatives, who were delighted with the result.
